Any agreements, disputes, or issues arising from the provision of services are to be resolved directly between the worker and the recruiter, in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. HomeFix Hire is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from interactions or transactions between users.
