1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HomeFix Hire, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of HomeFix Hire per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.

• Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007
• RBI Guidelines for Online Payments
• Indian Penal Code (for cybercrimes, fraud, etc.)
• Intermediary Guidelines & Digital Media Ethics Code Rules, 2021
• Any other applicable state and central laws

By using HomeFix Hire, you agree to comply with these laws and constitutional protections, and acknowledge that all transactions and communications on the platform are subject to Indian jurisdiction.

7. Platform as a Medium & Dispute Resolution

HomeFix Hire acts solely as an online platform to connect service providers (workers) and recruiters (customers). We do not directly provide or guarantee any services listed on the platform. Any agreements, disputes, or issues arising from the provision of services are to be resolved directly between the worker and the recruiter, in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. HomeFix Hire is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from interactions or transactions between users.
